How does the Paparazzi Compensation Plan work?

The Paparazzi Compensation Plan outlines the benefits and requirements of a consultant who wants to create a team or expand his Paparazzi Accessories business. He will receive a share in the profits, commissions, and bonuses.

Here are two things to know about Paparazzi's Compensation Program:

Personal Volume: Also called Product Value, a PV is needed for Consultants who want to be promoted in Compensation Plan. If a Zi necklace collection has been purchased, they will be given 10 PVs.
Status-ACTIVE: Consultants have attained at least 50 PVs per month. This is equivalent to 25 inventory items per month.

To be eligible for the Consultant rank, you must have at least one hundred PVs. This means that you will not be eligible to receive commissions for your downline or team.

To be a Paparazzi consultant, you only need 200 PVs each year.

Set a goal to move up in your business.

You will be compensated for these two actions:

Paparazzi Jewelry sales- These are the results of placing Paparazzi Accessories for sale in both online and offline stores.
Paparazzi Jewelry Sales Team- These sales are made through collaboration, effort, strategy, and teamwork.

Understanding Symbols:

Dot

You may be eligible to receive specific compensation.

Asterisque

A consultant must meet both the minimum 50 PVs requirement and the organizational requirements to be considered active.

Double Asterisque

An indication rank qualification.

Cross

This is a way to say that only 1/4 of an organization's volume (OV) can be met with one leg. This signifies rank qualification.

Star

To receive payment, you must have attained this rank qualification within the last two months.

The Compensation Program ranks:

Consultant: If you join Paparazzi's team, you will be considered a "Show Rebate". Paparazzi will pay a percentage to a consultant who brings in more than 1000 PVs.
Star Consultant: A star consultant is someone who purchases 50 PVs or 25 jewelry pieces in a matter of months.
Director: While sponsorship may not earn you a bonus, it can make a big difference if you are Paparazzi Director. You will need to sponsor three recruits and then train them to become Paparazzi Directors. You will get an additional 5% bonus when your Unilevel recruits begin to sponsor and recruit for their consultants.
Paparazzi Director: Being a Premier Director is exciting. It is exciting to be a Paparazzi Director. Referrals will earn you a 5% commission. Unilevel 3 Consultants are those who hire their own employees.

The Premier Directors rank requires almost the same personal volume as other ranks. You will receive bonuses for "ACTIVE", consultants in your group.

Additional Benefits for those who get higher

Generation Bonus

This bonus can only be obtained by executives or above. Executives and above are eligible for this bonus.

Legacy Bonus

Paparazzi Consultants who are A-Listers or higher are eligible to receive a legacy bonus.

You'll be eligible for a cash bonus if you reach these ranks and keep the qualifications for at most two consecutive months.

Luxx Jetsetter gets $25,000 Bonus
Impressionista receives $50,000 bonus
Iconic Impressionista gets $100,000 Bonus
